The system

Not all insider buys are equal.

Most services forward every Form 4 filing. We score every buy across 10 signals and deliver only the ones that carry genuine conviction.

📋

Open-market purchases only

Form 4 transaction code P only — insiders paying cash at market price. Option exercises, grants, gifts, and 10b5-1 plans are all excluded automatically.

👑

C-suite weighted scoring

CEOs, CFOs, and COOs score 30 points. Officers 20. Directors 14. A solo director buy never makes the cut on its own.

📊

10-signal confluence engine

Role, buy size, cluster buying, first buy in 12+ months, chart pattern, 52-week low proximity, sector trend, FDA catalyst, relative strength, unusual options.

🤖

AI analyst thesis

An AI analyst writes a 2–3 sentence brief for every qualifying pick — who bought, why the timing matters, and the nearest catalyst.

🌍

Sector rotation + macro

All 11 SPDR sector ETFs ranked by 1-month performance with SMA20/50 trend signals. SPY trend, VIX regime, and CNN Fear & Greed round out context.

⚠️

Stop-loss + position sizing

Every pick includes a stop set at the most recent swing low, plus a position size calculated on 1% account risk. Every pick comes with a defined exit.

Every weekday morning

Three steps. Before the bell.

Questions

Common questions.

What counts as an open-market purchase?
Only Form 4 transactions with code P — the insider paid cash at market price. Option exercises (M), grants (A), gifts (G), and scheduled 10b5-1 plans (J) are all excluded. We only track genuine conviction buys where the insider risked their own money.
When exactly does the briefing arrive?
Every weekday morning at 7am Central European Time (1am ET, 10pm PT). The Sunday weekly briefing lands at 6am CET. Both arrive as plain emails — no app, no login required.
